Head south. You've made it. The Southernmost Point. The Conch Republic. Home of the Sunset. You're as far south as you can go in the continental USA. Now the sun, the sand, and the ocean waves are calling your name. That slower paced, sun-drenched lifestyle is patiently standing by. And the distinctive all-natural flavors of coriander, orange peel, and key lime that grace this white-wheat ale are waiting for you to pop the top off and dive right in. Nice wheat
Southernmost Wheat was a mostly clear light gold with a thick finger of a creamy white head. The head lasted the whole glass, but didn't stick much as lacing. I smell bread, lemon, and a bit of grass. The taste is bread dough and citrus. On the lighter side of medium bodied with a smooth texture.
