Yellowhammer's Tobacco Road came to me a dark, slightly hazy, amber with hardly a ring in the glass.

The aroma reveals some caramel-like malt with earthy hops. Upon getting a good whiff, I immediately wished I had a Connecticut-wrapped or other pale-leaf-wrapped cigar to accompany this.

Taste is similar with the caramel and earthy hops taking on tobacco-leaf characteristics.

This is a smooth medium bodied brew that wants to be savored but will accommodate a quicker drink, if you want.

Anyone into pipe or cigar smoking should snag this. Would probably go great with any red meat dishes.
