Gorgeous dark caramel with a smooth, beige head...about a thumb thick. Slowly, slowly melting away. Sheets of lacing coat the glass with each drink but quickly falls back into the beer. The taste is equal amount of nutty and black coffee with a mild malt bitterness. Quite smooth and easy to drink.
