Hi-Wire's Hibiscus and White Grape Saison was a slightly pink-toned copper with a bright white head which quickly faded to a thin ring at the 12 South Taproom. This smells of white grape juice with a raspberry like tone. The taste is similar with grape juice, white wine flavors, and fresh herbs. I know I've mentioned grape juice twice, but this isn't quite as sweet as a glass of Welch's white grape juice...kind of closer to a sweet wine like a Riesling.
