I Drink Therefore I Amber is a clear amber with a bright white head. It slowly shrank to a cap. I smell caramel, nuts, and a hint of grain. The taste is quite nicely balanced with malt giving caramel notes with the hops lending some earthy character. Not great, but pleasant.
