Chile Beer

Like a little bit of spice with your beer? Skip the hot wings or jalepeno nachos and try a Chile Beer.

Typically the base of a Chile Beer is an American Pale Ale, but sometimes an American Pale Lager is used. These beers are then brewed with hot pepper juice, oils, or even actual peppers. The heat can range from mildly spicy to scorching.

Best served cool, at 46-54 degrees, and in a pint glass or beer mug.

Theobroma is a celebration of chocolate, the food of the gods.

This Ancient Ale is based on chemical analysis of pottery fragments found in Honduras that revealed the earliest known alcoholic chocolate drink used by early civilizations to toast special occasions.
