Slap Fight will woo you in with a West Coast-style malt bill, but slaps you across the face with its tropical hop profile. Light in body, heavy in character, this IPA features Munich and Crystal pale malts for a clean, rich mouthfeel.
The India Pale Ale were originally brewed in England as a higher hopped and higher ABV version of the English Pale Ale that was very popular in India.
Ranging in color from a pale gold to a reddish amber, the focus of the American IPA is American hops. These hop flavors can be citrusy, fruity, piney, and floral. The malt is usually a light caramel or biscuit - and very crisp and clean, in order to let the hop flavors and bitterness (which is usually moderate to high) shine through.
Usually served cool, 46-54 degrees, in a pint glass, a tumbler, or a beer mug.

Slide into summer and step off the grid by Goin’ Coastal with this pineapple laced IPA. The bright aromas of the five citrus hop additions are accentuated by the tropical fruit of the pineapple – and just like those three day weekends, its finish is quick.
Our Pineapple Sculpin IPA came from one of many small-batch cask experiments to enhance the flavor of our signature IPA. With so many tropical hop notes in Sculpin, how could we not try adding some sweet, juicy pineapple?

A Metamodern IPA conceived of hand selected hops from down under. Malt barley and red wheat combine to create a clean malt backbone with foolproof flavor and mouthfeel to support the main act of Enigma, Vic Secret, Ella, Topaz and Galaxy hops.
After eight years and 86 unique versions of our Hop Project series, we believe that we have hit upon the perfect blend of hops for our year-round IPA. It's brewed with pale barley, wheat, and oats, and generously hopped with Citra and Mosaic hops. Is it the perfect IPA?
