American Blonde Ale

American Blonde Ales are often considered a nice and easy introduction into the world of craft beers. They are generally pale straw yellow to a deep gold in color and are similar to the German Kölsch style of beer.

A well balanced beer, this type usually features a slightly bready and toasty pale malt and Noble hops, which are slightly floral with a light to moderate bitterness.

Generally best served cold, between 39-45 degrees, in a pint glass or beer mug.

An easy drinking session ale brewed with American 2 Row, Munich, White Wheat, and Corn. This light bodied beer has a soft mouthfeel and slight sweetness from the corn. A late dose of American hops and low fermentation temps give the finish on this everyday brew some bright citrus tones.
