Kristalweizen

A variation on the German Hefeweizen, the Kristalweizen filters out the yeast before bottling, leaving the beer crystal clear.

Ranging in color from a pale yellow to light amber, the flavors and aromas will be similar to a Hefeweizen, although the fruity yeast ester flavors will be more subtle. They can also feel a little cleaner and crisper than the normal Hefeweizen.

Best served cool, at 46-54 degrees, and in a weizen glass.
