Lindemans Faro Lambic
A version of Belgium's "wild-fermented" wheat beer, which is the result of blending Lambic of "one summer" with old Lambic and chaptalized with candy sugar.
A Fruit Lambic brewed with the addition of dark Belgian candi sugar, this style is generally quite sweet.
Color can vary from amber to a dark brown, and this style often features both sweet, fruity notes as well as some tart and sour notes characteristic of the Unblended Lambic style. Often brewed with additional spices such as coriander, orange peel, or pepper.
Best served cool, 46-54 degrees, in a beer snifter, stemmed tulip, or champagne flute.
