Engrained Black Lager
(Description provided by company)
A unique and relatively hard-to-find beer, Keller Bier (literally "cellar beer") is matured while exposed to air. This gives the unpasteurized and unfiltered beer a cloudy appearance, and a range of flavors.
Generally light to dark amber, this beer has high hop bitterness and low to no carbonation. Malt flavors can be fairly strong, depending upon the individual brewer.
Best served at cellar temperature, 55-57 degrees, and in a beer mug or stein.
