"All Day IPA" - Is That A Challenge?
Pours a clear golden amber. Half finger of head. Little retention and nice lacing. Very bubbly.
Nose is hoppy, with citrus and floral hops. Lots of grapefruit and other fruit and citrus in the nose. A little bit of malt as well.
Taste has lots of citrus and a little bit of floral hop flavor. There is also some nice malt at the front to balance out. Very quick and unobtrusive aftertaste.
Light body, with a moderate amount of carbonation.
Although it is an IPA, it definitely geared more towards sessionability rather than complex and intensity. Not a bad thing, but something to be aware of. There is still some good hop flavor and complexity though - it's just been turned down a little.
