Strong and Beautiful
New Holland Black Tulip tripel ale pours hazy yellow. Some head retention, not a ton. Belgian yeast and bananas on the nose. Lots of body, sweetness and fruitiness in the taste, along with some peppery coriander flavors. It's delicious. The alcohol is hidden well here, but it still tastes like a big beer. New Holland has really been blowing me away with their beers lately.
