Orpheus' Boubalos pours a golden honey color with a nice frothy white head. It smells of citrus, grapefruit specifically, and subtle notes of pine and flowers. The flavor is big, lots of hops, but with only a touch of bitterness in the finish. Enough for this to really feel like an IPA but not so much that you pucker your lips. For my money, it's one of the best IPAs I've had recently (and I've had quite a lot).
