Description:
A rich Abbey-style brown ale made to style with fruity Belgian yeast and Belgian candi sugar, Brother Joseph is filled with notes of raisins, figs, and dates and a hint of caramel. It has very little hop presence and is 8% ABV. This version has been aged in a Maker's Mark barrel for six months with cherries, imparting a different fruit character, as well as vanilla, oak and bourbon notes. (Description provided by company)
