There is a reason for the common use of a lime
The looks and feel aren't as horrible as other common beers, but there is a reason why Coronas are served with a slice of lime. Otherwise, there isn't any taste - at all.
Just Add Lime...
Corona pours a clear golden yellow, with only a little head that leaves quickly.
The nose malty and slightly bready, and the taste is also malty and slightly sweet. There are no hops or hoppy flavors to speak of. A pretty thin body, and high carbonation.
Easy to drink, but not really flavorful or interesting. Adding some lime adds some tartness which helps counteracts the sweetness - but with so many beers tasting good without adding extra fruit, this one falls a little short.
