Initially, a very good mouthfeel of alcohol and softness. This is followed by an increasing bitterness, partially from the hop, but also from the roasted malt and chocolate malt. Towards the end a nice balance between bitterness, sour and sweet. (Description provided by company)

Comments
A bit of a mystery in a bottle
Delirium Nocturnum came out of the white bottle amber with a beige head. Plums, raisins, and booze on the nose. Taste of malt, raisin, and brandy. Carbonation is quite thick, but fades quickly in the mouth to reveal the depth of flavor. An intriguing beer, but was slightly annoyed by how the carbonation interfered with my appreciation of the various flavors.
