Definitely Worth A Chai
Red Brick’s Divine Bovine is a Chai Tea Milk Stout. And that sounds… intimidating. It pours more or less how a milk stout should: deep, dark, and rich. It smells of coffee, oddly enough, more than chai, but it’s in there somewhere as well. The flavor is well balanced. A little on the sweet side from the chai, but with some coffee bitterness that brings it well in line. The body of this beer is nice too- not watery like a lot of stouts are, in my opinion. I dig it.
