Comments
Not as Yummy as La Fin Du Monde
Rusty orange with a finger-thick white head that swiftly melted away was how Don De Dieu went into the glass. I wasn't being attentive and poured the whole bottle in my glass, so I also had some flecks of yeast dusting the bottom of the snifter. I get aroma of florals and plums in front with a breath of alcohol at the end. This tastes of dark fruits, earthy hops, caramelized sugar, and some red wine on the finish. Feels smooth with the bubbles hitting the tongue just enough to be noticeable.
