A clear, golden amber with an off white, bubbly head.

The aroma from the bottle really gives off a relatively strong coffee note, but once poured in a glass, it's a fairly nondescript golden ale. A bready and pale malt, a light herbal hoppiness, and just the barest hint of coffee.

The coffee flavors are much strong in the taste, but a actually blend with the bready malt quite nicely to just add a hint of medium to light roasted coffee. The aftertaste is fairly short, and the coffee flavors last a little longer than the malty beer flavors. The overall bitterness is low.

Most beers that feature coffee flavors tend to be quite on the dark side, but the Fulton Street Blend proves that lighter colored beers can work just as well (and honestly, sometimes better) with the coffee flavors.
