Exceeded my expectations
Sofie was served from the tap at OTBX in Huntsville, AL. It is gold with a thin, white head. I get light fruits, grass, and some sugar when I inhale. The taste is light fruits and white wine. This has a great mouthfeel with medium body and a thickness that coats my tongue nicely with each drink I take. I was expecting it to be interesting and it was that...and enjoyable!
