A delicious dark
Hi-Wire Twice As Nice doppelbock poured into the pilsner a dark caramel with hardly any carbonation.
Molasses stands out on my first sniff, but it is joined by coffee and chocolate. As it warms, I can smell dark fruits, too.
The taste is coffee and chocolate wrapped up in a dark fruit (moreso cherry) coating. I'm quite enjoying this roasted goodness.
