Golden yellow haze with a very thick white head that quickly disappears. Smells of bread along with subtle wheat, floral, and citrus. Taste is smooth with peach, butter, yeast, Belgian wheat, and currants. Nothing is strong, all aspects seem to compliment each other. Feels full and bubbly on the tongue. I quickly went through my bottle and will have to remind myself constantly of the ABV because the flavor hides the large amount so well. One of my favorite beers now.
