The late addition of Willamette hops provides an earthy and mild bitterness, which balances the bready, malt character. Red Brick's Laughing Skull an amber ale that pours a dark copper color and smells nicely floral and hoppy. Fruit flavors are subtle, but present, and everything melds into a crisp, clean flavor. No bitterness.
