Our Pineapple Sculpin IPA came from one of many small-batch cask experiments to enhance the flavor of our signature IPA. With so many tropical hop notes in Sculpin, how could we not try adding some sweet, juicy pineapple? The combination of fruity flavors and hop intensity definitely packs a punch. Pineapple Sculpin was a clear light gold with a white head. I can smell both pineapple and pine. The taste is the usual pine you expect from an IPA but then the pineapple comes into focus and dominates the second half of the swallow and the aftertaste. A nice sweet wave after the pine hop bitterness.

Very nicely done.
