Polestar Pilsner poured out of the bottle very light straw with a bubbly finger head that stuck around a lot longer than I expected. Aroma of bready yeast and citrus hops. The flavor starts off with hippy bitterness, shifts to lemon and sweetness, and then back to a more crisp hop finish. Carbonation fizz doesn't get too much to affect how easy it is to drink quickly.

Pours a pale and bright cloudy yellow, with a lot of bubbles and a half finger of head.

Nose is light, with some slightly sweet caramel malt and some subtle citrus aromas.

Taste is malt upfront, with the barley and malt and a slightly lemony citrus and grassy hop flavor. A dry and fairly quick finish.

Light body and some decent carbonation.

Nothing overly complex, but still a very nice session or post yard work beer.
