In Denmark we have a lovely tradition for seasonal beer, and what you have here is certainly no exception. This is a never before seen collaboration between Ryan and the Beaster Bunny. A fluffy and precious Saison originally conceived of on the beautiful island of Fanø on the west coast of Denmark. It may sound like a true fairy tale, but don’t be fooled by it’s cute appearance. Straight from the Farmhouse
Pours a clear golden yellow with a finger of foamy head.
Nose is crisp caramel malt, and a moderate hop aroma. Hops are both fruity and citrus.
Taste is malty, with a citrus and floral back end. Hops are more prominent than expected at the finish, and overpower the malt a bit. Aftertaste fades away slowly, leaving a slightly citrus taste.
Moderate body, and fairly high carbonation. Fizzy in the mouth.
