A Great Escape!
As expected for an unfiltered beer, it pours out quite cloudy with a head that sticks around for only about a minute or so.
Fruity and crisp in the nose, with some light banana aromas and flavors, and a nice refreshing crispness with a clean and short finish. The flavors are nice and refreshing, although I do wish that there was a bit more depth to the fruity banana flavors - after awhile, they come across as just a vague slight sweetness.
As part of the Christmas pack, this is definitely on the lighter and more refreshing side, but it is a welcome change from many of the darker and heavier options. This beer would work equally well during the warmer months too!
