Rebel With A Cause
Clear golden amber. Very bubbly and a finger of a fine white head.
Lots of fruit and citrus hop aroma. A touch of some spicy pine as well.
A strong hoppy flavor, but bitterness isn't too overpowering. The hop citrus and pine flavors are fairly strong, and the aftertaste recedes relatively slowly.
A crisp, medium light body and carbonation.
IPAs are common, but not always well done. The Rebel IPA, however, does do have a nice hop and malt balance, and brings out some of the nicer hop flavors without a bitterness that makes you dread the next sip.
