Samuel Adams Imperial Stout came out black with hardly any fizz gathering on the surface. That fizz then vanished faster than it came. A deep sniff pulled in grape cough medicine and whiskey. Oh. My. God. I dunno what the hell is going in here. Bad bottle? Taste is a syrupy licorice and chocolate. Very slick syrup on the tongue. Ick.
