Drinkable and flavorfull
The Noble Pils pours a clear, golden yellow-amber with two fingers of head. The foamy head has great retention and lacing. Very nice looking beer.
Nose is hoppy, with citrus, grass, and a subtle malt. Taste is more balanced than the aroma, with malt balancing out the citrus and grassy hops. Also notes of bread, spices, piney hops, and even notes of wheat. Very dry finished with a small and pleasant aftertaste. A nicely full body, with relatively high carbonation - feels smooth and refreshing.
Overall a very flavorful and hoppy pilsner thatis a nice gateway into hoppier beers.
