Description:

Imperial Stouts are by far the "GRAND - DADDY" of all stouts. They are very, very dark and rich, with a deep-roasted, satisfying flavor. Siberian Night is made in this tradition. It is creamy and full-bodied, with a complex character from generous amounts of roasted, toasted, and caramel malts. For those who demand flavor, this is the perfect libation. Thirsty Dog's Siberian Night poured black and allowed no light to penetrate. A light brown cap receded to a ring and left sheets on the glass for the first half of the glass. I get a very strong smell of dark chocolate rushing to my nose as I pour from the bottle. Chocolate and coffee stand out when I sniff the glass. Taste is lots of roast with coffee and chocolate and a creamy finish. The richness continues with the full body and smoothly slick mouthfeel. A very rich and solid imperial stout. Grab this if you like stouts.
