Description:
The perfect balance of three distinct divergences. Allowed to initially flower with Belgian ale yeast, The Pit & The Pendulum was then incarcerated with Brett and freshly pureed peaches to intensify the trifecta of its persona.
Enjoy fresh, but also a good one for the cellar, as the Brett continues to contemplate its environment. (Description provided by company)

Comments
Slightly Funky Peach Brew
Sweetwater's Pit and the Pendulum is hazy Peach color with a little bit of off-white foam which quickly vanished. The peaches and Brett funk balance nicely with a bit of sweetness, to temper the potentially funky combo. Taste is yeasty fruit followed by peaches and sour.
I think Pit & the Pendulum is interesting. I am iffy on saying I "enjoy" this because the funkiness is a little bit more than I want.
