Comments
Good everyday lightly-sweet beer
Tennessee Brew Work's Southern Wit was gifted to me in a growler. The first glasses I pour out produce a nice two-finger white head above the fairly cloudy gold brew.
I smell citrus, apple, pear, and apricot with a bit of grass.
Taste is less sweet than I expected with bread being upfront with the citrus and pear just behind.
Feels full-bodied, smooth, with a soft tickle of carbonation. Aftertaste is nicely mellow with more hints of the fruit than the bread.
