Sweet Potato Ale...our version of a Pumpkin Ale.
We are Southerners, and what Southerner doesn't like sweet potatoes?
Sweet potatoes are baked till they begin to caramelize and are added directly to the mash.
This brew should remind you of a pumpkin pie. Spiced with just a touch of fall spices that do not overpower, brings this brew to be a fall favorite.
We also add pure maple syrup to compliment the sweet/caramel malt base, and finish off with vanilla extract.
