Uinta Hyve honey ale is not shy about telling you it is all-caps ORGANIC. It’s a clear golden color, with very little in the way of head retention. The smell is bright and just a little tart. The flavor is a nice blend of crisp hops, earthy barley, and just a bit of sweetness from the honey. It certainly isn’t overly sweet. This is a solid warm weather beer if there ever was one.
