Poured copper with little carbonation and very clear. Smelled banana...but not the sweet "banana" you get from candy, more of the starchy-sweet you get from banana bread or fresh smoothie. The banana isn't quite as noticeable in the taste. I got more cinnamon, toffee, and other spices than banana. The beer felt very watery. I think I would enjoy it more if I was also eating pastries or ice cream, but it wasn't bad on its own as a dessert beer.
