Comments
Lightly tart cider from Woodchuck
Woodchuck's Granny Smith is my Go-to hard cider. It pours clear with a hint of yellow and mild bubbles. Of course, I smell tart Granny Smith apples and a bit of sweetness that hints at candy without getting anywhere close to Jolly Rancher comparisons that I get from lots of other ciders on the market. Taste is mostly tart apple with a hint of bright citrus on the finish. Carbonation is a little on the light side; smooth enough to gaulp, fizzy enough to accentuate the zing of tartness.
