Eagerly awaiting next winter!
I am blown away by how much I am enjoying Woodchuck's Winter Chill cider. It poured into the glass a clear copper with barely any bubbles. The cider really does look like bourbon. The smell is baked apple, vanilla, and oak. I get basically the same on the taste, but the vanilla is a bit more in front. As most hard ciders, this is thin , smooth, and encourages big gulps.
