Monday Night Brewing's Blind Pirate is a double IPA. It pours a caramel gold with a frothy head and tons of lacing. It smells citrusy and hoppy and spicy and delicious. The flavor is caramel sweetness mixed with a fair amount of spicy hop bitterness. It's a great balance between two strong flavors. This is a beer worth the price of admission.
