Green Flash Double Stout is good
Green Flash's Double Stout was a very dark pour with a thick, foamy tan head which left nice lacing. The sniff was coffee first, then chocolate with a bit of earthy hops. It tastes of bitter dark chocolate, old coffee, and a hint of fruit. Very rich, smooth, and only a bit of carbonation. Nice aftertaste of dark chocolate and graham cracker. While Double Stout by Green Flash won't likely pop to mind as a recommendation, it is quite good and should be considered if available at the bar or store you are at.
