Description:

The malt bill of this brew is comprised of seven different malts for a very complex base. We add brown sugar to the boil which will increase the alcohol content and give the beer a molasses flavor. Cinnamon is then added to the whirlpool to finish. Finally, the beer is aged on Tahitian vanilla beans and Ecuadorian cacao nibs for a true brownie flavor. (Description provided by company)

Horny Goat Brownie did not resemble a brownie smell or taste to me. It was dark caramel with a two finger beige head. Quite light for a porter. Smells of burnt coffee and something similar to vanilla. Taste is mostly roasted malt with a bit of rum raisin. Kinda odd. Body is medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Won't be buying this again. This also makes my second Horny Goat beer that is just funky and odd.
