Berries bookend each gulp of Lovebird
Jackalope's Lovebird poured a very cloudy, pinkish orange with a two finger off-white head at the top of my weizen glass. Smell is strawberries and raspberries with a huff of grass. When I drink, I immediately register the tartness of the raspberries and the sweetness of strawberries, but that quickly segues to biscuit and a bit of grass. The fruit returns in the aftertaste. Considering how cloudy the glass is, I was surprised by how light the body was but this would make for a great summer patio beer.
