Description:
Our interpretation of an India Pale Ale comes fully loaded in all American style with its sweet tangerine aroma and tangy citrus flavor. An ample amount of rye malt is added to the mash early in the brewing process, igniting a zesty pepper kick to the tongue, which contradicts the sensationally smooth characteristics coming from our cataclysmic combination of Cascade and Centennial hops. Mach 1 IPA is an orange-gold with a slight white head.
Smells of grapefruit and apricot.
The taste is mostly grapefruit with grass.
Feels light on the tongue with the carbonation quite light.
I'm not an IPA fan, but reviewed this since it was included in my flight of samplers.

Strangely little smell, lingering hops flavor. Overall good, hoppy IPA.
