A Fathers Day present turned a man into a brewer. With a tip of a hat to the Rocket City in Alabama and the Conch Republic in Florida, Rocket Republic was born. But the location isn't the only rocket connection, half of the owners are actually rocket engineers!

With a complex malt bill of nine different types of English and American barley, our medium bodied interpretation of a Scotch Ale falls somewhere between a 90 shilling and a wee heavy. Amber in color with a toffee and caramel aroma, Scotch Rocket is our winter seasonal.

Rocket Republic took their Mach 1 IPA and added 100% organic grapefruit juice. This is actually version 2.0, with twice the amount of grapefruit juice as the previous batch.
SteamPumpkin Ale is the perfect way to switch gears into fall, with this special seasonal beer. Forget smashing pumpkins- we use them during our mash instead. With over 200lbs of 100% real pumpkin, the result is no trick and all treat…bottled pumpkin pie!
Quantum Wheat is our seasonal American wheat ale which will leave you with a clean, neutral finish. Effervescent and naturally cloudy in appearance, we ferment with a wheat yeast resulting in subtle banana esters and clove-like phenols; hopping is minimal.
Aptly named from the milky white lacing left behind on your glass after this beer is long gone…which won’t be long once you’ve tasted your first sip!
This style of beer has a little something for everyone. Although it stays true to its Belgian roots with a signature fruity sweetness that lingers on the tongue, there’s still a hint of bitterness which mimics the common characteristic of an IPA.
