Comments
Not really bitter pale ale
I was expecting a bigger hit of bitterness for this West Coast-inspired IPA. What I got was a golden brew with a slight white head. It smelled like most of the other IPAs I had been sampling that night at the Rocket City Brewfest. The aspect that caught me offguard was that while the hops did make themselves known in the aroma and taste, the bitterness was surprisingly low.
