Comments
Needs a Yin
Pours a slightly dingy reddish brown, along with a half finger of a smooth, creamy head. Nice lacing and some alcohol legs as well.
Very hoppy nose; citrus, floral, fruity, and pine resin. Strong, but not unpleasing.
Flavors are strong and unapologetic. The complexity of the nose comes through at the beginning, but soon gives way to strong bitterness which overpowers most of the other flavors. A long aftertaste and alcohol is noticeable in the finish.
A medium full body and fairly low carbonation.
Although the nose is both complex and tempting, the strong and slightly excessive bitterness quick overpowers the other flavors.
