Crisp, clean, and refreshing (Description provided by company)
The Yellowhammer Imperial Pils is our summer seasonal bomber for 2015. This German style pilsner utilizes Crystal hops and German Tettnanger hops to create a crisp refreshing lager. Enjoy with a friend under the summer sun. (Description provided by company)
Our signature Imperial IPA. If you want hoppy, look no further. We use over 6 pounds of hops per barrel, delivering a floral burst in the aroma and a pleasant, citrus-like bitterness on the pallet. A dry finish and easy "drinkability" belies the alcohol content.
Our Belgian quadruple, brewed rarely and with care, aged in bourbon barrels for 6 months. German and Belgian malt form a hardy backbone, while imported Belgian Candi Sugar smooths out a powerful beer with suggestions of raisin and plum. (Description provided by company)
Brewed to a deep red and inspired by German brewing tradition, our Rebellion red lager is a crisp, refreshing and contemplative beer. The aroma holds light malt and caramel notes. While German Cara Red and Pilsner malts form the soul of this beer, it's capped with a light hoppy bitterness.
A German-style schwarzbier, or "black beer," brewed with a blend of German Munich malt, Vienna malt and "huskless" roasted malts, which give the beer a smooth toasty character. Our version employs a German ale yeast rather than the traditional lager yeast. (Description provided by company)
We use the imported Belgian dark candi sugar. It lends a lot of the color and those dark stone fruit flavors. We also use German and Belgian malts so it's a very European-tasting beer.
The Yellowhammer take on the Belgian white is a little different. Instead of the more traditional hints of orange and coriander, the Yellowhammer white derives a hint of spice from Kaffir lime leaves and fresh ginger. A perfect beer on a hot day. (Description provided by company)
This golden high gravity Belgian style ale holds a floral and spicy aroma. Made with European pilsner malts and an expensive Belgian yeast, this ale is inspired by Trappist brewing tradition - offering a honey sweetness to the tongue, yet a refreshing dry finish.
